Blue Dragon.
The Blue Dragon has control over the East, it's known strongly through out the 'blue zone.' That's what the territories are usually named. The Blue Dragon's usually wear blue or get tattoos of a 'blue dragon' somewhere on their body. Their goal is currently unknown, but as we know, they're still wanting dominance over Hong Kong. The more barbaric of the groups in fighting style, they are head-strong and will like using fists instead of words.
Red Phoenix.
They control the South region of Hong Kong, they run the illegal operations, which most of the Syndicates do, but not as much as the Phoenix. With in their side of town is the 'Red Light' distract. They promote prostitution and drug use. They are the most wanted with the police, however, they're unable to be touched by them currently. They are more so the business venders, looking for multiple different ways to collect money.
White Tiger.
The only female lead Syndicate with in Hong Kong's highest ranks. She's said to be a beauty and very talented with a sword. The White Tiger is usually fighting constantly with the Red Phoenix, even though, -all- of the Syndicates can't see eye-to-eye, The White Tiger group is female dominated, working for female rights - and trying to punish those who don't understand that women are important to society.
Green Turtle.
They are neutral and treat everyone in their zone as family. A very peaceful seeking Syndicate, however, in it's own organization is people rebelling against the ideas of peace and love. Greed is slowly killing The Green Turtle with in, but the leader is determine to keep the old beliefs with in their group. Will the old die and a new rain rise? That's up for the Syndicate members to work out!
The Triad Seven.
The Triad Seven is a group of supernatural ability haters. They seek to destroy any person with abnormal abilities. They also kidnap kids from a young age to brain-wash them into their beliefs and to use their special abilities in order to take down others of the same kind. The organization was founded by 'Seven' people, now a days it's under the 'Seven', with in it's ranks, they're known as the 'elders' or the 'council.' Whatever they decided in the organization goes.

Second. Is a bodyguard to the Top, always by his side - and extremely loyal, despite conflicting views.
Third. Is the strongest out of the three, however, he likes laying low and taking care of whatever order is given. Pretty laid back and playboy-ish.

Sisters with the ability that is obviously located with in their vocals. They serve under the 'Ice Queen.' They have the same dad, but different mothers. They're a special task force that do under cover scandals and missions for the White Tiger.
Big Sister: She is the leader figure with in the group, the others do as she says. She is able to emit a sonic wave from her vocals. To enter into the 'sisters' - they need her approval. Reserved by|.:.Minax.:.|
Prissy Sister: She's stuck up and from a wealthy family unlike the other members of 'The Sirens.' However, she is bestfriends with Sassy - and looks up to Big Sister. She is the only sister that lives with their very rich father, he does not claim any of the others. They all met by chance.
Little Sis: She is the youngest of the group and goes to middle school. Don't be fooled by her childish innocence, she is able to karate chop your brains out! She is very close to all three sisters.~
